Tiny Cottage-water view, at intimate camp site

A quaint tiny home in an intimate camp ground. The comfortable double mattress is set on a lifted bed frame, keeping you warm & off the ground, providing for a cozier space out of the elements. The unit has power, an outdoor sink, and a small propane Bar-b-q. The out house is flushing & just a short walk (no shower). The Richibucto river is handy for a quick rinse. Be sure that lawn chairs, water shoes, beach towel, bug spray, sun lotion and a happy disposition are on your packing list. The space The cottage boasts; AC and heat, a coffee maker, microwave, induction plate, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, and a small fridge. Bed linens and dishcloths provided. Please bring your beach towels. 2 group camp fire sites are available, and wood provided at $8/bundle. (Please, protect our forests & do not transport firewood) Please bring water shoes to enjoy the river from the shore or the doc. Guest access A parking space is provided directly in front of the cottage. the area is great for Biking, paddling, fishing and walking. Other things to note You will need to bring with beach towels, lawn chairs, fire blankets, flash light, all your food/snacks, and coolers. We do provide: - Outdoor cold water sink & counter surface & dish soap - Small propane bar-b-q with tank, lighter, a frying pan & cooking utensils - Induction plate with pots & pans - Small bar fridge/freezer - Small heater & window A/C unit - linens & pillows on the bed - Electric Kettle, reg drip coffee maker & filters, microwave, dishes, glasses & cups, cutlery, cooking utensils, knives, cutting boards, can opener & cork screw - Charging ports - Flushing out house with cold water sink & hand soap - fire wood for purchase (paper & kindling complimentary) Thompson's General store is a short 5km drive, and they have everything but alcohol. Harcourt would be the closest liquor store. The closest restaurant is in Rexton/Richibucto, at least 20 min drive. The river is tidal, so water shoes are highly recommend. Please know, there are no public showers on the property We respectfully ask that no wood is brought on to the property to prevent spread of insect diseases.
