Melrose District Queen Bedroom

(Please Note: Listing is for a room inside the house, with shared common areas, NOT THE ENTIRE HOME) Home is SHARED with myself, my partner, and our small dog Mocha (crate trained). Restaurants, nightlife, a convenience store, & coffee shop are all within walking distance. It also backs up to the canal, great for morning walks. The room includes WIFI & TV with streaming via ROKU. The space The room is compact, with a closet, ROKU for streaming via WiFi , queen bed & a desk with chair. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen amenities, guest bathroom, backyard and front patio. If you drive, I have a long driveway that can accommodate an additional car & free street parking for more vehicles. Other things to note RING doorbell and keyless entry locks for entrance into the house. Each bedroom has its own key.
