Ideal complex location with accessibility to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls. The space *APARTMENT LOCATED ON THE SECOND LEVEL *All guests have to pay $10.00 for a bracelet so they can use all the facilities of the complex. To enjoy the beach, you will be provided with the key to the gate that gives access to entry and exit. In the event that the key is lost, the tenant will be required to bear the cost of $100.00 for its replacement. I have a Ring camera outside to watch the front door. We don't have cameras inside the apartment. * It is forbidden to remove items owned by the tenant from the apartment, with the exception of the umbrella, chairs and beach towels.
