San Juan best location ever! Fully equipped 2 bdrm- 1 bath apt. This centrally located - private apt. is the whole 2nd floor of a PR family owned home and is located 2 blocks from the beach inside the gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. No children under 15. Please specify number of guests including children over 15. $35 Extra guest fee per night applies after 2. NO visitors are allowed at any time. No parking space on premises. Free street parking. No pets. The space Amenities included: - kitchen utensils (silver ware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans) - dish soap - 2 bath towel per person - 1 beach towel per person - 1 beach chair per person - 1 cooler - communal laundry - bed linens and covers - 3 inverters air conditioners in the whole apartment : 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the open kitchen / living area - the master suite has a king size bed - the guest bedroom has 2 full size beds - basic cable TV only in master suite ; smart tv (roku) & basic cable tv in living area - communal plunge pool in the ground level. (no heater) - the property counts with an 8k auxiliary generator / water cistern & Tesla solar panels that will supply power and water to both upper and lower apartments during power outages which are common in PR. The use of high consuming electrical appliances (e.g microwave, iron and hair blow dryer , others) will not be permitted during theses emergencies and guests’ cooperation and compliance will be expected. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-story family house and has its own private -sunny -large terrace with a gas BBQ and seating / lounging furniture. On the ground level, there is a communal fresh water plunge pool, outside shower and laundry facilities. Guests have their own private entrance from the street into the property. Guests will be requested to ensure street door is locked at all time. The use of the pool is under guests’s own risk. Take note that the seating & BBQ area in the ground level is for the exclusive use of owners who live on the 1st floor. Airbnb guests have their own private outdoor terrace with seating area and BBQ facilities upstairs. Only paying- registered guests are allowed inside premises. We have a NO visitor’s policy. No children under 15 . Quiet time is from 11 pm until 7 am. No pets. Other things to note Please take note that the nightly rental rate for 1 and 2 guests is lower than the rate for 3 or 4 guests. Make sure the actual number of guests is entered when making your reservation request so that you get the correct pricing. Maximum occupancy is 4. Owner will request the payment of $35 per extra guest /per night fee in the Airbnb platform if reservation is done for 2 but a 3rd or 4th occupants show up without previous notification. Children under 15yrs are not allowed. Children 15 and over pay as an extra guest and must be included in request. No parties, events or visitors are allowed at any time . The use of this home facilities is ONLY and exclusively for registered guests. NO VISITORS are allowed at any time. Please always consult with owner. There is no parking inside the property. Guests will have to park outside on the street. Parking space is usually available on the street with the exception of Sundays and Holidays when locals and tourists visit our beach. The house is located on a semi gated beach community in the middle of the San Juan touristic area. There is controlled access between 7:00PM and 7:00AM. Guests with rental cars will have to identify themselves at the neighborhood entrance during closing time. Uber transportation is easily accessible in this area and highly recommended instead of a car rental .
