Studio 203 in the heart of downtown

Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's downtown, this historic building was one of Vallarta's first hotels dating back to the 1950's. It is situated within a block of the beach, boardwalk (malecon), main plaza, iconic church and is surrounded by galleries, restaurants, and boutiques. This 3rd floor studio has been renovated to offer a small, charming space that includes a gated entrance, kitchen, picture window with views of the church, downtown, and tropical mountain backdrop. The space This space is 200 square feet and has been renovated to include a small kitchen and dining area, air conditioning, and hot water. A full sized bed with an orthopedic matresses sleeps 2 people. The large window offers incredible views of the city, mountains, and iconic church. If you are traveling with others, we also have several other studios in the building. Guest access This is a small, private studio rental. All areas of the rental are open to guests.
