My Summer House

My house is in a small gated residential development. Is quiet and safe. Is not ocean front, but is very accessible to the most beautiful beaches of the south west coast. The space Plenty living area, fully air conditioned. Big kitchen with pots and pans for a big meal. All beed rooms have AC and ceiling fans. Living room with AC unit that keep you out of the summer heat! Guest access Guest will need to call from the gate to get access. Other things to note The house is not perfect... It is functional. You may not have all what you have at home. Users are welcome to suggest improvements and future needs.
