The Hot Springs Pool, golf courses, lakes, trails, as well as a diversity of artistic, natural and culinary experiences found in the area, beckon you. Village of Radium Hot Springs license #2025098 The space Guests can access the barbecues in the gazebo or the one on the deck at the south end of the building. This deck with its tables and chairs are for the use of all guests and residents of the condo complex. The propane firepit, in front of the complex, is for guest and resident enjoyment, enlivening and warming mountain evenings. Although there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, the unit is sufficiently cool with ceiling fans in each room and an additional fan in the entry closet. When both sofas are required as sleeping space, one sofa needs to be moved back so both can be opened. (This is not difficult, just necessary for guests to know). When requesting a reservation, we generally need time to be able to contact our housekeeping staff. On long weekends, we would like to have 3 nights booked instead of the usual minimum of 2. Barbecues, outside tables and the fire pit are available for guest use. Other things to note There is a grocery store within walking distance from the condo. Lower prices can be found in Invermere, a 15 minute drive. There is a Catholic Church and a small but friendly church in downtown Radium. Additional churches are in Invermere and just beyond Invermere, along the highway. The Visitor Information Center, in downtown Radium, is an ideal place to learn of walking trails and things to do.
