There is not ski in and ski out due to THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT. This unit is down right perfect for a couples getaway. The kitchen is beautifully expanded and remodeled and even has a dishwasher. This corner unit on the Main lobby floor is a hop, skip, and a jump away from the pool, gym and lobby. There is ski out ability to Navajo. This unit will easily sleep 4 and has a very comfortable king size bed. It also has a new queen murphy style wall bed. Has a brand new smart 65" big screen with a blu-ray player available. Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with WiFi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.) PLEASE NOTE: NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING FEE OR TAX NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE PET IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE BASE ELEVATION FOR BRIAN HEAD, UT IS AROUND 9600 FEET. Children under 5 may not use a public spa pool under any circumstances. Children under the age of 3 (and anyone not in control of their bowel) must wear swim diapers and waterproof pants beneath their swimsuits to provide three layers of protection against a fecal release event. No solo bathing, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. These are state law requirements. Wristbands are required and are located in the unit. No food or glass is allowed in the pool area. POOL HOURS: 10AM - 10PM UNDERGROUND PARKING IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
