Entire apartment with two bedrooms in the historic center of San Luis, just two blocks from the main square. The apartment offers a spacious, bright, comfortable and safe space, with a full private bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchenette space is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, toaster, plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses and cutlery. (IMPORTANT: NO STOVE OR GRILL) With an unbeatable location, you can visit the main tourist sites, eat at a traditional restaurant or have fun in the nearby bars. All walking, without having to use a car. Guest access The apartment is located a few steps from the main square, the area is mostly pedestrian. The accommodation DOES NOT HAVE PARKING, if you are traveling by car, we can gladly recommend parking options. WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT in a pension a few blocks away for a cost of 100 pesos per day/night, if you are not going to use the vehicle much during your stay it is a safe and inexpensive option with 24/7 access. It is important to validate the availability of the space before making your reservation. Payment will be made in advance through the app to ensure the availability of the space. If you need to have your vehicle as close to you as possible, we suggest leaving it in a nearby public parking lot or in a parking meter area on the surrounding streets. Other things to note -The building does not have an elevator, to enter the apartment you have to go up a flight of stairs with 15 steps. -No parking on the property. -The hot water keys are the ones on the left, the boiler is in the back of the building, that is why the hot water could take a little longer than normal to leave. The kitchen card does not have hot water. -All areas of the apartment have a direct view of the street, at night it is quiet, however, being in the Historic Center there may be noise. You'll have earrings at your disposal in case you like to use them. We have other apartment options in the interior part of the building, if you are interested, ask the host. - Consider that the accommodation is located in the historic center, where commercial, religious, social, cultural and government activities converge that are unfortunately not under our control, so there may be noise. -The maximum ceiling height in the bathroom is 1.95 mts./6.4 ft. - To enter the apartment you have to go up a set of stairs with 15 steps. -In reservations longer than 7 days, one cleaning per week is offered as a courtesy, it includes a change of linens and towels. -For your security, the building has a CCTV system in corridors.
