“Sea Spot - Down!” Ideal Location & Beach Access!

Enjoy your vacation at THE BEST LOCATION on Folly Beach!! Sea Spot sits right on the first block of East Arctic Avenue. Only 1/2 block to all the restaurants and nightlife on Center Street, and just steps to beach access across the street! It doesn't get any better than that on Folly! The space Come enjoy Sea Spot "Down" and all its “Old Folly” beach charm!! This is the lower level of a top and bottom duplex property on E. Arctic Avenue. Sea Spot "Up" is the upper level and also a vacation rental that be combined for larger groups. “Down” comes with parking for two (2) vehicles in the driveway on the right side of the house. The space comfortably sleeps 5 adults and 2 children with 3 bedrooms, 2 King beds and a bunk bed. The bunk mattresses are more comfortable for children versus adults. The house also has 2 full bathrooms, a large living area with new leather couches and a full dining table. Each bedroom also has a mounted Roku TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, plenty of utensils and pots/pans for cooking, as well as wine glasses and outdoor beverage glasses for drinks on the porch. Just relax in the shade and people watch, or eat dinner on the large private front porch or take a nap on the bed swing! Other amenities on the property include a new washer and dryer, an outdoor shower to wash off the sand, 4-5 beach chairs, a large beach mat and at least one beach towel for each guest.
