Artist-designer Sabina Hill's Sea Forest Suite

Canadian artist-designer Sabina Hill designed her waterfront home to include this well-appointed, adult-oriented guest suite in scenic Pender Harbour. Created for art, design, and nature enthusiasts, the Sea Forest Suite reflects Sabina’s signature West Coast style. With her original artwork, custom furnishings, and exquisite ocean views, it’s ideal for couples, solo travelers, or up to four adult guests. The space Your private, self-contained Sea Forest Suite is located on the lower level of Sabina’s residence and includes: • Thunderbird Room – King bed, 3-piece ensuite, generous windows with ocean views • Optional Second Bedroom, the Frog Room – Queen bed, 3-piece ensuite, dedicated work area with desk, chair, lamp, and high-speed ethernet • Gas fireplace, compact full kitchen with pantry, and ocean-viewing deck • Private entrance and access to a swimmable beach via landscape steps These two rooms are connected but private, ideal for two couples or adult family members. Charges for the use of the optional second bedroom are also based upon a 3 night minimum at a rate of $125 per person per night. Guest access As there is no driveway access, you will need to carry your luggage and items down the landscape steps and stairs to your suite below. We suggest packing in smaller bags/luggage for easier transport. Your Sea Forest escape is just a 40-minute ferry from Horseshoe Bay, Vancouver, followed by a scenic one-hour drive on the Sunshine Coast Highway. Provisions are 5 minutes away—IGA grocery store, Oak Tree Market, liquor store, and pharmacy—all located in nearby Madeira Park. Other things to note Maximum occupancy: 4 adult guests Nightly rates are based on double occupancy of the Thunderbird Room. • The Frog Room is required when booking for 3 or 4 guests ($125 per additional adult per night, 3-night minimum). If not needed, the second bedroom is not rented to others. • In-house laundry service is available for stays of 2 weeks or more • Rates include GST (Goods and Services Tax) • Adult-oriented retreat – not suitable for children or infants – due to site safety Guests are invited to relax in a thoughtfully designed space surrounded by Sabina’s original artwork, furniture, and textiles. While most guests enjoy the suite as a quiet and private experience, those with a serious interest in her artwork are welcome to inquire.
