This beautiful house has a modern and relaxing environment. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! It's a perfect space for family or business travelers as it can accommodate up to 6 guests. There is more than enough closet space and a kitchen with enough appliances. BEDROOMS The house has three bedrooms with 4 beds and can accommodate a total of 6 guests. ● Bedroom one: King size bed (sleeps 2 to 3 guests) with bathroom. ● Bedroom two: 1 double bed (sleeps 2 guests). ● Bedroom three: 2 single beds (sleeps 2 guests) BATHROOMS The space has 3 bathrooms, with free basic items (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper). SHEETS AND TOWELS The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean sheets and towels. Sheets and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare according to the number of guests. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, blender. We also offer complimentary tea to enjoy the morning breeze. DINING ROOM The house offers a dining table that seats 6 people that connects to the living room. OUTDOORS Delightful, very large pool with a barbecue, table with umbrella and 2 loungers for sunbathing, all completely private. PARKING Comfortable for 2 cars and electric gate for your total comfort OTHER SERVICES The space has a flat-screen smart TV for your streaming apps, wifi, open TV, Netflix. SECURITY FEATURES Our subdivision is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Don't worry, there are no cameras inside the house. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. Can I check in early? We will have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule or condition of the house. It's best to schedule check-in at 3:00 P.M. in case we can't. Of course, we will do our best to make it happen! Guest access Garden and table to relax or smoke. RULES A maximum of 2 small breed pets or 1 medium-large breed are allowed and must be supervised at all times, DO NOT PUT THEM in the pool or on the furniture. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE PET WILL BE CHARGED. DO NOT take furniture out to the pool area CHECK-IN: Check-in time is from 3:00 P.M.
