Leashes and clean up required. Pool heating fee $250/week. Pool will not be heated unless weather reports indicate temperatures 60 degrees or warmer. Pool heats to approximately 20 degrees over air temps. Comfortable swimming temps are between 84 and 89 degrees or 78 to 84 if swimming for fitness. The bay is not the same as "beachfront" and not many people swim in this area of the bay because it is shallow and grassy.
