This is for the safety of our guests and staff, and its location is clearly stated in the listing. ✅ At the end of your stay, it is requested to deliver the facilities in the same conditions in which they were received. 🔺 Please note. ⚠️ The house has multiple glass surfaces. All are temperate crystals for added security; however, it is critical for guests to exercise caution when using or approaching them. Quinta Las Golondrinas is not responsible for accidents resulting from misuse or lack of care of the same. During your stay 🔹 Important note about the property We are a host family of 5 people (my husband, our 3 children and 2 American Bully dogs) our stay is inside the property and our dogs will be in a different area, however, we guarantee your privacy, safety and tranquility at all times. We will always be available and attentive to provide support or assistance when you need it, with the aim of making your experience comfortable, pleasant and uninterrupted. Other things to note 🌿 Enjoy comfort with luxury options Our pool has a boiler and a capacity of 110,000 liters, so its heating requires a minimum of 8 continuous hours. Optional 🔹 cost: $3,000 MXN per day Thanks to the spring weather in the area, this service is usually not necessary, but it is available to anyone who wants it. The Jacuzzi can also be heated to the desired temperature: Optional 🔹 cost: $800 MXN per day ⸻ Important 📌 rules for a perfect stay ️1 ю We ask the main guest to inform their guests about the house rules. The person booking is responsible for compliance. ️2 ю If more people will attend than those registered, a maximum of 10 additional ones will be allowed in own campaign houses, with a deposit of $300 MXN per person. It is essential to notify the host in advance. 3️⃣ In the event of a meeting or event, it must conclude no later than 2:00 a.m. If additional guests remain after that time, it will be considered an overnight stay and the deposit will not be refunded. 4️⃣ Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior (especially under the influence of alcohol) that affects guests or staff will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and, if necessary, the corresponding authorities will be notified. 🔒 At Quinta Las Golondrinas, we prioritize the safety, well-being and experience of all our guests.
