My place is 200 ft/60 meters to the lake shore, swim beach, nature, hiking, mediation, yoga, restaurants. No road access, very quiet. Located on the west side of Santa Cruz la Laguna. You will have lake & mountain views, and access to our own private swim beach and boat dock. Full kitchen with all appliances make cooking a breeze. Restaurant is next door for those meals you don't want to prepare. Boat access only, no road access. Parking is available in Panajachel should you need it. The space This property is a bit removed from the Mayan village, which translates into a quiet space. You will be surrounded by jungle on three sides and Lake Atitlan on the fourth. The space is cozy with most of the living space being outdoors and under covered patios. Excellent wi-fi coverage. Surrounded by mountains, canyons, volanoes, and Lake Atitlan, all with the most amazing views!!! Guest access Cabin sits on a 3 house compound. You will have two private entrances, one to the lake and the second to the hiking trails. Other things to note Unimproved dirt road leading to Santa Cruz is available but only recommended for high clearance vehicles and those with a rugged disposition. No secure parking is available in Santa Cruz, so you vehicle will be vunerable. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
