Tiny Loft Home with Big Country Fields

Tiny House located on an RV park lot surround by lush fields and multiple ponds. This tiny home has everything you need to feel right at home. Lots of natural light, windows in every room, and even a small loft with windows all the way around the loft. Very quiet, country setting. This unit sits at the back of a small RV resort, just 45 minutes from Dallas. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the items you need for cooking and serving meals. The space The park entrance is a long gravel drive that opens up to large fields with plenty of space to roam. We also have multiple ponds on the property. Note: We are currently offering this property at a discounted rate due to construction on the neighboring property. It may cause some noise during the day, so you might consider planning some activities and exploring the area with your family in the daytime :) Other things to note Pet fee is $50 per pet, ONLY upon approval. 2 pet max. Pets must be housetrained and over the age of 2. Must bring a crate to keep pet in when you are not in the residence. Pets must also be leashed any time they are outside on the property.
