The base price includes service for 2 bedrooms for reservations of 4 guests or fewer. Bedroom on the ground floor and/or third bedroom subject to availability. The space The residential development has extensive green areas, a 1-hectare forest, and a natural lake. Bike path and area for outdoor activities or exercise. Guest access Backyard available for pets. Garden furniture available for use in the palapa area, green area, or patio. To access the pool, you must rinse before entering. Showers in the palapa area. Food and drinks are only allowed in the palapa area. No food or drinks around the pool. Other things to note Billing only includes platform services; if you require an additional invoice for lodging, please request it before booking as lodging taxes and VAT must be included in the total cost. After the booking confirmation, NO invoicing will take place. Pets are allowed. The Cost is $500 pesos per stay per pet. One pet is allowed per reservation. For more than one pet, please request prior authorization and additional cleaning fees will apply.
