House with pool* ideal for enjoying a few days with family, friends and getting to know the beautiful state of Morelos. It is located 15 minutes from Lake Tequesquitengo and close to other attractions such as spas or the beautiful Xochicalco archaeological zone. *The pool does not have a heater. The space It has Internet service, parking for up to 5 cars, an outdoor kitchen/grill, a palapa where you can practice your best dance steps and a large open space full of fruit trees that you can eat from. There is also the possibility of renting equipment for a karaoke night that includes a speaker, microphone and a projector, you just have to bring your laptop. Everything for a few days of healthy rest, fun and recreation. On the property we have 2 very friendly medium-sized rescue dogs who will also be happy to live with you, however we can shelter them if you prefer. Guest access The house consists of a two-story building. The ground floor is the only one that cannot be accessed as it is where my parents Juan and Carmen live, who will be attentive to everything you need. On the ground floor is one of the rooms with a separate entrance and full bathroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located upstairs and are distributed as follows: - Master bedroom: It has its own bathroom, closet, dressing table and a double bed. -Bedroom 2: It has a double bed, closet, vanity and ceiling fan. -Bedrooms 3 and 4: Each has a double bed, that is, a double bed that hides another double bed underneath so that up to 4 people can be accommodated in each room. They also have a closet, vanity, and ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a bathroom, which is on the same floor. Other things to note The rooms are the only place completely closed, the kitchen, dining room and living room are outside but under a roof, inside a palapa. The kitchen has basic utensils for preparing food and dishes for 15 people. It also has a refrigerator, 2 gas grills, and a sink. The pool does not have a heater. On the ground floor there are 3 special bathrooms for use when you are wet from the pool.
