Salty Stays #2 - Oceanfront Room on the Beach!

A cozy seaside getaway located on the Homer Shores Boardwalk on the Homer Spit. You can find food, coffee, ice-cream and shopping right on the same boardwalk! Walking distance to the harbor for easy access to ocean adventures! There are 3 identical rooms located above the Alaska Salt Company retail store. Watch eagles, seabirds, otters, and maybe even whales from your room! The view is ever changing and never gets old. If the sound of waves might bother you, this is not the place for you! The space The Rooms are located on the second story of the building accessible only by stairs. The rooms have private entrances with coded locks. The building is on a boardwalk built within the tidal zone. If the weather gets windy or wavy, there will be noticeable movements in the building that might be startling if not expecting it. It is completely normal and kind of cool. Other things to note The Secret Stuff: - Room 3 (Salty Stays - Oceanfront Room #3) is the best. It has an extra window with a view of the spit and mountains to the south. It is also the most private because it is the end unit. People won't be walking by your door and window to get to their unit. In general room 3 is about 10$ per night more expensive. -Pricing. May and September (shoulder season) prices start out less then June, July, and August. September prices for 2019 start out at $165. May and September 2020 start out at $170. **EDIT 04-15-2020** COVID 19 changed everything. Prices have been lowered and are adjusted automatically with demand. Rooms will be cleaned and disinfected after every visitor with an abundance of caution. Our cancellation policy has also changed, you can get a full refund up to 5 days prior to check in.
