Lucy's Bay is an exceptional site with a breathtaking 360° view of the Ilets du Robert, private access to a dream swim and a swimming pool at the end of the common ground of the three charming villas. Villa Ti Piton has a capacity of 6 people: one bedroom with double bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4, 90 cm x 190 cm). With contemporary decor and bright colors, the real vacation is here! The space Each room has a sea view. The comfortable and air-conditioned rooms each have their own bathroom with shower. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room is comfortably equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster). Enjoy the sea view from your sofa, and incidentally the TNT channels on the TV. Wi-Fi as well. Finally, the shaded terrace allows you to dine under the gentle breeze of the trade winds. The site is shared by three identical villas, each with its own privacy and sea view. The swimming pool (3 m by 4 m) located at the very end of the point is a secure common area accessible to the three villas. Finally, you benefit from private sea access to the three villas, in an exceptional lagoon with crystal clear water, calm and accessible for swimming (depths ranging from 1 meter to 3 meters deep). Don't forget your mask if you want to enjoy a "snorkeling" expedition at the foot of the villas! You will have access to the entire villa, with its small private garden and extraordinary view. Parking is located behind the villa and is shared between the three villas that are located on the site. Don't miss: renting a boat without a license to visit the Îlets du Robert! Exceptional! You have access to the villas' pontoon by boat. For the more athletic, it is possible to rent kayaks not far from Lucy's Bay villas! Other things to note Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €900, which we will return in full at the end of the stay if the villa is returned in perfect condition (minus, if applicable, the amount of damage caused). Please note that the pool and sea access are common: shared between the three villas of the Lucy's Bay site.
