Main floor: Living and Dining area, kitchen, bathroom with 1 extra-comfy King sized bed and 1 Queen sized bed on main floor. If your group is bigger, our ladder leads you up to a low ceiling 5' loft (at its peak) which has 2 Twin beds best suited for ages 7 and up. 800sqft total. King sized bed is two XL twin beds combined using King sized sheets, exact same size as a King. WATERFRONT- Back of property leads to beach below through path and steps to Beach below, please be careful particularly young kids or elderly. Or just stay on the deck!
