Guests have use of the full basement apartment bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room area. Shared spaces outdoors include the trampoline (at your own risk!), the kids playground and basketball goal/driveway. We are steps from the historic downtown Newnan Square which is filled with restaurants (fine dining and casual!), dessert spots, live music, parks, historical sites, retail shops and much, much more! Guest access include the basement apartment bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room space. Shared areas are outdoor kids playground, trampoline (use both at your own risk!), and basketball goal. We do live on the property, but will give our guests complete privacy in the basement apartment. Interactions may occur outdoors on the playground area or front yard patio if we are there. The Camellia Suite is located in easy walking distance just 3 short blocks from the downtown Newnan square, a bustling small-town metropolis complete with award-winning restaurants, the best ice cream/dessert spot around, bars, hometown and chic retail shops, Wadsworth Auditorium and other live music venues. No other Newnan Air BNB location comes as close to downtown as the Camellia Suite. Ashley Park, a regional lifestyle center complete with more than 100 shops, businesses and restaurants, is also just a 5-8 minute drive from The Camellia Suite, or accessible by the Newnan Trolley on Fridays, Saturday’s and Sundays between 1p-8p, which picks riders up in downtown Newnan on the hour during those days and times. There are multiple public parks to take a stroll in, including the Veterans Park directly across the street from the main house. There is also Greenville St., Park, and 1st Ave., Park. All are beautiful locations for a walk, a jog or just enjoying the outdoors. In addition, there are multiple playgrounds within a half mile of the Camellia Suite, including Lynch Park and pool just .5 miles from the Camellia Suite. The best way to get around the immediate downtown Newnan area is to walk and enjoy the weather. Conveniently, the Camellia suite is located less than a five minute walk into the downtown area where there are restaurants, shops, bars, and live music venues. If you would like to go any further, a vehicle is the best way. There is also a city trolley that commutes between downtown Newnan (picks up outside of city hall) and Ashley Park which is 3 miles away. The trolley runs on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 1PM and 8 PM, and picks up riders in the downtown Newnan area on the hour on those days and times.
