This Mid Century Style home is 5 mins away from Old Town Scottsdale & close to all the shopping, restaurants and nightlife! Once you've explored all that Scottsdale offers, come back & “splash” around in our beautiful spacious pool. Our House is beautifully decorated and well stocked! 4 bedrooms, 3 bath and a queen sleeper sofa will sleep 12 comfortably. You can BBQ with our propane grill, hang out by the pool, and have everything you need to get ready and go explore Scottsdale. You will have the whole house and your privacy. Please Note that pool maintenance and landscaping can occur (typically Wednesday or Thursdays) un-announced as we cannot schedule around the guests in and out. If you're in need of local connections such as a bachelorette party planner, yoga instructor or pastry chef, please reach out to your host, Stephany. We provide party services and are happy to help. Please note this NOT A PARTY HOUSE (outside gatherings/partied are not allowed but guests (13max) staying at the house allowed) - **Bachelorette & Bachelor Groups Welcome!! ** Please respect the house and more importantly our neighbors. Guest access We want you to feel right at home and have worked hard to provide you with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay! Grab your swimsuits and pack your bags for a trip filled with sunshine, palm-trees and desert mountains. You'll have access to the entire house except the hall closet that will be locked for supplies. POOL - Please note there is a safety fence around the pool and cannot be taken down for liability reasons. Our Pool CAN NOT be heated!! Pool Towels are included for up to 12 guests. You will need to provide your own pool floats or rent from your host. Plastic Cups in the kitchen are provided for use in the backyard. Please DO NOT bring GLASS as this will cause injuries and can get broken glass in our pool. Other things to note Located just 5–6 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, you’ll be close to the area’s best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife—perfect for girls trips, bachelorette weekends, and group getaways. Spend your days by the pool or exploring nearby golf courses and spring training stadiums, then head into Old Town for dinner, drinks, and entertainment. For outdoor adventures, Camelback Mountain is just 15 minutes away, and for families, you’re close to top attractions like the OdySea Aquarium, Phoenix Zoo, and McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park. Whether you’re planning a fun celebration or a relaxing family trip, this location makes it easy to enjoy everything Scottsdale has to offer. Good to Know for Your Stay This home is fully stocked with everything you need to relax, cook, gather, and enjoy your time in Scottsdale—whether you’re spending the day by the pool or getting ready for a night out with your group. We love hosting groups and want you to have an amazing stay, while also keeping the home and neighborhood enjoyable for everyone. • The home and outdoor spaces are set up for comfort and flow—please keep furniture and items in their original locations. • The pool area is designed for both fun and safety. A removable pool fence may be installed when needed and should remain in place. Children should always be supervised around the pool. • Quiet hours are 10pm–8am to respect our neighbors. The home is great for gatherings, but we are not a party house. • No smoking, drug use, or pets are permitted on the property. • Please follow checkout instructions so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guests. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleanup. • Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay, and only registered guests are allowed on the property.
