WE HAVE a Kiosk for the Rosas cabin, Hammocks, kayaks, trampoline, pedal boat for the 3 cabins. Nearby, Santa Clara de COBRE, PATZCUARO and TZINTZUNTZAN (with its beautiful Franciscan Convent and the Yacatas). Enjoy rest, culture, gastronomy and nature!!!!! The space As its name says... it's a Paradise on EARTH!!!! VILLA PARAÍSO COMFORTABLY ACCOMMODATES 8 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD AND A BABY. UPON REQUEST TO THE HOST, IT IS POSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE 1 TO 4 EXTRA PEOPLE (IN FAMILY RENTAL) WITH AN EXTRA COST PAYABLE UPON ARRIVAL. THIS IS WITHOUT THE DESIRABLE COMFORTS; BUT WITH AN INFLATABLE MATTRESS OR FUTON TYPE ARMCHAIR. IF IT IS A LARGE FAMILY AND FOR YOUR MAXIMUM COMFORT, WE HAVE TWO OTHER CABINS (already mentioned in the description). Guest access Cleaning 3 times a week. Use of children's games, kiosk with barbecue and hammocks. Use of kayaks, pedal boat and life jackets for a small additional cost. We now have a TRAMPOLINE! Other things to note Check-in time is from 1 to 3 pm If you arrive after that time, a penalty of $150 pesos will be charged. Pay the cabin manager and if you arrive after 7 pm the cost will be $250 pesos (as she will have to wait or return to receive the guests). Pets are no longer allowed due to their unhygienic behavior and hair on furniture inside and outside the cabin. Only service pets are allowed. * THE KIOSK IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ROSAS CABIN (large cabin). AS WELL AS THE BARBECUE AND STOVE IN THAT PLACE. * THE GARDEN, TRAMPOLINE, HAMMOCKS AND CHILDREN'S GAMES WILL BE SHARED WITH THE GUESTS OF THE OTHER TWO CABINS. * THIS CABIN HAS PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES INSIDE THE GARDEN. IF YOU HAVE MORE VEHICLES, YOU WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE THE GARDEN. IF AN EXTRA VEHICLE IS PARKED, THE GUEST WILL HAVE TO PAY A FINE OF $500 PER EXTRA CAR AND PER NIGHT * OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE GUESTS OF THE OTHER CABINS AND NEIGHBORS, THEY ARE ASKED TO KEEP THE AMBIENT MUSIC DISCREET AND TURN IT OFF AT 12:00 AM. OTHERWISE, A FINE OF $2000 AND A POSSIBLE PENALTY WILL HAVE TO BE PAID BY THE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES.
