Ensuite bathrooms in each, the private rooms are perfect for couples, solo travelers, watersports enthusiasts and adventurists. Amazing location and minutes to walk to restaurants and marina. The beach access is directly in front of the villa. The rooms are clean, private, fresh and comfy. This room has a queen bed set up and also potential joined room for families at an extra cost. The space The house is set high on a ridge in the Turtle Cove area, among old growth trees and shrubs and every suite has a breathtaking ocean view. Upstairs from the rooms by the owners quarters, there exists a 17th century plantation ruin set among a garden area with lounge chairs and seating. We also own and operate SURFside Ocean Academy, an outdoor adventure school, so are happy to offer 10% savings on our adventures and have daily and weekly programs. We offer SUP, kiting, kayaking, scuba, freediving, babysitting, snorkeling, private boat charters, sea turtle conservation programs (tagging), day trips to North and Middle Caicos, and more! We can customize any adventure as well. The beach access is directly in front of the villa, and there exists a walkway to get to the roads with paved sidewalks to access from the villa. World class snorkeling exists at the reef and the beach is not heavily trafficked or used like the hotel areas of Grace Bay beach. It is a quieter beach, and a very special spot. The rooms are simple, clean, and have A/C should you feel you need, but likely will not in the winter months. The area is safe and is among other villas and larger homes that are well cared for. Guest access The guests have access to the downstairs ocean-view shaded and covered garden area with table and chairs. Depending on occupancy, this common area may be shared with other guests as well. The owner lives in the upstairs of the villa so access to this part of the house and decking is only permitted on special request. However, there is also a beautiful outside garden area with 17th century plantation ruins, next to the owners suite that guests may use for reading or lounging when the owner is not home or the upstairs is not occupied.
