Villa consists of 2 levels with the whole upper level one open bedroom. Ground level open living with 10' high glass windows for stunning view of the south Pacific. Surrounded by an expansive garden full of bananas, papayas, lime, coconut, jasmine, cacao, avocado and various cooking spices and chilies. A delightful garden shower hidden from everything is refreshing for daily showers. No smoking and no pets. The space The 180 degree ocean view is outstanding. There are 2 bedrooms and 4 baths, open kitchen and living room. Entire second floor is master bedroom with office. A small cove for swimming is one block from the front door.
