Gas stove & Smoker BBQ Note: This is a residential neighbourhood with a tenant downstairs.Not suitable for parties. The space Family Friendly, There are two entrances that you have access to. There is also a driveway for parking 2 cars in as well as lots of street parking in front. Across the street is a great park for kids with a playground or bring a football that you can toss around. We are also a 5minute walk to a large park with a small water/spray park, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, parkour park and soccer field. The gas fireplace works and is a great addition to providing not only heat but a super cozy atmosphere. The hot tub is included in all rentals. During your stay we may need to take samples of the water and add the chemicals needed to ensure the best quality, so please do not fret if one of us shows up in the backyard to do so. Kids & adults love jumping on our trampoline and we also have an outdoor ping pong table and basketball net for use. There is also a kids playhouse on the side of the driveway for hours of fun for the kids. The house is equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, soap, laundry detergent to use in our high efficiency washing machine & dyer, dishwasher and dishwasher pods. For essential oil lovers, there are 2 diffusers in the house - 1 in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Please do not move them. 4 bedrooms give you lots of space for privacy. 3 bathrooms total, 2 on the second floor with showers and one powder room on the main floor Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaker tub. 2nd Bedroom sleeps 4 with a double bunk bed. 3rd bedroom has a double bed that sleeps 2 4th bedroom has one single bed and one twin bed that is a loft bed with a play space underneath. Great as a kids room and also for one adult with extra space. A 'house and neighborhood handbook' will be provided for you at our home when you arrive.
