This coastal little studio has everything a small group of four needs for a relaxing vacation. Included in the studio is a full bed, 2 twin beds, a complete kitchen, bathroom, AC, flat screen TV & WI-FI for your enjoyment. The Supermarket is just a few steps away that will provide all your essential groceries and adult beverages to ensure that your fun never ends. The space ***IMPORTANT THERE IS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION TAKING PLACE AT COMPLEX. GUESTS MAY EXPERIENCE CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND THERE WILL BE WORKERS PRESENT. Please do not use any site requesting payment, as it is not the one and only official website. This gorgeous studio is the perfect setting for a relaxing Jamaican vacation. You will feel right at home the moment you step inside this gem! This studio is perfect for couples, small families or business travellers and is just minutes away from anything you want which makes for the perfect getaway! On the lower level, you have the full-size bed with two night-stands on each end. There is also a small living space with a coffee-table and a sofa where you can lounge and entertain...or in your down-time watch Netflix or Hulu on the Roku device on the TV. In addition, there is a small dining area where you can enjoy your meals. The kitchen includes an electric cooktop stove, a mini fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. It also comes complete with all the basics that you will need to whip up a quick meal, silverware and dishware. We have equipped the bathrooms with luxurious towels, wash rags, hand towels. Just in case you leave somethings behind we have included small toiletries (soap, shampoo/conditioner & lotion) and a roll of toilet paper to get you through the first 24 hours of your stay with us. In the loft you will find two twin-size beds and a desk with storage compartments. All mattresses are fully encased with mattress protectors and the pillows have protectors as well. There is no safe inside the studio so you will have to be creative in hiding your most valuable items. We will not be held responsible for any missing items. Be sure to lock all the doors and windows anytime you leave the studio and you should be fine. ***Please note that water, electricity and internet are not guaranteed during your stay. These amenities are provided by third-party companies so any disruption of services are outside our control. We will not issue any refund for loss of electricity, water and internet*** In addition water pressure may be low depending on the water pressure in the area. A water pump has been recently installed and may assist with the water pressure when there is an outage. The construction is downstairs and will not affect your stay upstairs. Construction starts at 9am to 5pm - Monday-Friday. Important Studio Information: Hot Water: To turn on the water heater you will have to press the red button to the left in the kitchen. Please turn it off when not in use. 
 Trash: The main trash bin is located outside the studio to the right. It is a large black bin with "Sunshine Complex" written on it.  
Ants: Do not leave food in the trash inside or lying around because it will attract ants/pests. This is anywhere you go in Jamaica. It is best to discard any leftovers in the trash bin outside or keep your food in a closed container in the mini-fridge. Parking: Parking is available on site. There is a security guard on-site in the nights so vehicles are secure, however, we will not be held responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles. First Aid: There is a First Aid kit in the guest closet for your use if needed. There are also flashlights, extra batteries and light bulbs in the closet in the basket if needed. Extra Towels, washcloths & toilet paper are placed under the sink in the bathroom. The hairdryer is also under the sink in the bathroom. We are located approximately 1 hour and 30 mins away from the Sangsters International Airport in Montego Bay and 4 hours away from Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. Directions from Donald Sangster International Airport: *Continue to Queens Drive. (4 mins) *Take A1 and Norman Manley Blvd to W End Road in Negril. (1h 29mins) *Continue on W End Road (2nd exit at the round-a-bout) until you see Sunshine Village Complex to the left. (1min) Directions from Norman Manley International Airport: * Continue to Norman Manley Hwy. (3 mins) *Take T1 and A2 to W End Rd in Negril. (4 h 7 mins) *Continue on W End Rd (1st exit at the round-a-bout) until you see Sunshine Village Complex to the left. (1min) Guests are responsible for their own laundry while staying with us. There is no washer and dryer included in the rental but there are several laundromats close by. To be conservative, we ask that you turn off the ac and hot water heater whenever they are not in use. Please, there is no smoking allowed inside the studio. Feel free to smoke outside.
