Once in the expansive backyard it is totally private and you can't see another neighbor but you are likely to see deer or wild turkeys roaming through the field. If guests have pet allergies this might not be the best house to rent. Also to note, the stairs to the bedrooms are old and narrow. Access to bedrooms might be difficult for the mobility impaired. Property is located just west of the Town of Purcellville which makes it a great location to easily reach great restaurants, wineries, breweries and discover all that Western Loudoun has to offer. You can walk to Franklin Park which offers an outdoor pool, walking trails, tennis, pickleball, disc golf and so much more. Hop on Rt 7, about a mile away, and reach Historic downtown Leesburg in 15 minutes. Property is on 10 acres so while in the backyard it is totally private and there is plenty of room for parking. Guest access Basically you will have access to the entire house, other than my office and attic which will be locked. You will have the property to yourself and you can come and go as you like. It is a very private setting and there is plenty of room for parking. You cannot see any neighbors from the backyard. All travelers are welcome!
