The space Our two-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a historic Federalist building that we've been - patiently! - restoring apartment by apartment. With plenty of closets, it's somewhat unusual for a historic building. The crown molding and rosettes on the doorways are wonderful details preserved over the last century. The living room overlooks the backyard garden. Queen Tuft and Needle Oeko-Tex Certified mattress in large bedroom, double Serta Beautyrest mattress in small bedroom. Custom mini blinds open at top or bottom in master bedroom. Business, education, and traveling contractors are welcome for any length of stay. We provide a desk and office chair. Kitchen supplies allow for cooking real food in your home away from home, and our proximity to restaurants makes for unlimited delicious alternatives! The kitchen includes sharp knives, grater, an immersion blender, a Dutch oven, a wine opener, a coffee maker, etc! We can also provide child and baby items like high chair, stroller, and pack-n-play. Please request in advance as we have a limited number of items. You can access the backyard garden, which has sun, seating, and seasonal flowers. If you plan to bring along your four-legged companion we ask that you indicate that in your request to book! Guest access Guests can access the front entrance, hallway, and two-bedroom apartment. Please know, the hallway of our building is undergoing renovations. Guests have a washer and dryer in the unit, and a vacuum for your use. The backyard has a garden with outdoor seating and plenty of seasonal flowers.
