This top floor unit has gorgeous panoramic water views. Its just steps above the beach. No other one bedroom unit in Mita has as good of a view. Guests are blown away. Pictures don't do it justice. Bedroom has king size bed/tons of storage. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plus laundry, parking & storage. Complex is mission style architecture in beautifully maintained grounds with lap pool, hot tub, hammocks & roof deck. The beach, surfing, restaurants, boat launch & entire town is a short walk. The space The space it totally private. The views are spectacular, you will not be disappointed. The lighting is perfect. There is 1023 square feet in the unit so it is spacious. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom which has tons of storage space for an extended stay. The couch that coverts to a bed is a lot more comfortable than a regular fold out couch, and easy to put away during the day so the space can be living area in the day and a comfortable bed at night. Perfect for kids and teens. Guest access Guest will have the entire condo to themselves. There is a totally equipped and stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster oven, electric tea pot, electric blender, etc, etc. You should find every cooking utensil that you will need including a full set of dishes and glass ware. Other things to note We have an extensive list of recommendations as to restaurants and activities in the area. You can get along fine in this condo without a car. The quaint town and restaurants are in walking distance. The beach is right there in front of you. If you decide you want a car, there is a private, covered garage for you. If you rent surf boards, there is a separate storage unit for your beach toys. We have it stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards for your use.
