Chic San Pancho luxury w/pool in heart of pueblo!

Casa Las Hermanas is a beautifully renovated home in the picturesque beach town of San Pancho. Located in the heart of the pueblo on its most charming street—Calle Asia—you will enjoy the ease of being mere steps away from the best restaurants, cafes & shops, with stunning San Pancho beach just 3 short blocks away! The space Upon entering the front door, you will find yourself in the main house which consists of a "great room" that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. It is inviting, open and bright with views directly out to the patio and pool. The kitchen has many skylights embedded into a screened, pop-up ceiling which fills the space with light and air circulation. The big island with four bar stools in the center very much feels like the heart of the home and is a great place for casual eating and hanging out. One step down from the great room is a casual family room/play room along the back of the house where you will find a super comfy L-shaped couch with 50" TV, games and books. The big glass and metal accordion-folding door can be fully opened to the patio for an indoor/outdoor feel to the space. The front bedroom: This bedroom can be found off of the "great room" and has a queen sized bed and live-edge desk work space. AC and fan. The dreamcatcher bedroom: This bedroom can be found off of the family/play room and has two twin beds which can be strapped together to make a king size bed if you prefer. AC and fan. The main house bathroom with rain shower wall can be found directly across from the front bedroom. The casita bedroom: This large space is located past the pool and is a separate structure from the main house. It has a king sized bed plus a twin bed with twin trundle underneath it. This bedroom is perfect for a couple with small children that feel more comfortable having their kids close by. It also has an ensuite bathroom with double sink and walk-in closet as well as a large live-edge desk space for work. AC and fans. The pool: The pool is 23 feet long x 14 feet wide and grades from 3.5 to 6 feet deep. It has a fun platform for lounging and jumping as well as a sheer decent fountain. On the other side is a 3 foot wide shelf spanning the length of the pool for relaxing and sunbathing in just 6 to 9 inches of water. The pool is saline and filtered. Pool bathroom: The outside pool bathroom is close to the pool and has an open air outdoor shower. The patio space has a comfortable built in L-couch seating along with additional couches to make for a cozy hang out space. The large gas BBQ can be found near the patio. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except the laundry room. There is a small drop off laundromat that can do your wash if needed and is just one block away. You will also have access to books (both adult and children), games (both younger and older), puzzles, Kapla wood building blocks, darts, corn hole toss, pool noodles, beach umbrellas & chairs and sand toys. Other things to note We have a saline pool and full house water filtration system for your convenience and safety. It is a state of the art system with water running through three giant filters and completed by exposure to UV light at the end. No need to buy plastic bottles so bring your own re-usable bottles! All bedrooms have AC units and fans over the beds. There is a dishwasher as well as an outdoor BBQ by the patio.
