Walk to downtown, the famous Coastal Trail, quaint eateries, elegant restaurants, fabulous bakeries, local brew pubs, and more! This unit is a walkers delight. Enjoy easy access to downtown and our famous Coastal Trail (great for birding, running, biking) without needing a car! Owners are very knowledgeable about local restaurants as well as hiking, biking, and other activities. We are happy to share what we know! The space This area (about 1000 sq ft) is a self-contained flat with a separate private entry. In addition to two bedrooms, this space has a large sitting room with a gorgeous gas fireplace for hanging out or to take the chill off. It has a separate nice-sized workspace area with a desk, and a small kitchenette area with a table to eat in. There is a laundry room too! The kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and hot pot. We provide coffee and other niceties such as oatmeal packets. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit which includes two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower, the sitting area, office area, and kitchenette. They may also use the laundry facilities. There is also a nice west-facing deck area for sitting or eating on endless sunny evenings. Other things to note Two person limit, though we can make exceptions with prior approval and a small additional cost. Small dogs are also considered with prior approval.
