Royal, Peak 1 and Buffalo Mountain. With 3 stories, the inverted open concept floor-plan lends itself to sitting on the 2nd level decks to take in the views with an elevated main floor. Our home overlooks the pond at Meadow Creek Park, featuring a lovely pond, bridges, dirt walking paths and endless fun for your furry friends and kiddos with picnic tables, playground, trails and a ice skating/fishing pond! ⭐️The first floor features an open entryway with plenty of closets, storage, coat hooks and a bench. Down the hall there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a tall walk-in shower plus backyard and park access through the bunk room. ⭐️The 2nd floor Living Room has huge open ceilings with tall windows, soaring sky lights and wonderful natural light. This room features a huge sectional couch, Smart TV with Netflix account, BOSE sound bar with Bluetooth, a breakfast bar, elevated east facing deck with outside dining + fairy lights plus a gas grill for bbq's! The laundry (full size washer and small dryer) is also on this floor off the kitchen. ⭐️Kitchen - Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED for all you foodies, featuring a gas range for cooking, Ninja Blender, upgraded J.A. Henckels brand chef's knives + pots and pans and plenty of wine glasses and plastic ware for on the go. Coffee lovers - you'll find a full coffee bar with insulated french press, bean grinder and a 14 cup programmable Cuisinart Coffee Maker. ⭐️The 3rd Floor sleeping loft/TV lounge/office space features a carpeted bedroom and large built in office-desk space plus two giant 5ft wide Ultimate Sack beanbag chairs and a Roku TV. This room is private yet airy with a half wall that opens to the living area below. We just ask if you break one you replace it for the next guest! ✨EXTRAS: There are 2 coolers, fans, humidifiers & slippers all available for your use while you are visiting! On the day of your check-in, the owner will message you the access codes for the smart lock along with a link to a digital guide with specific directions as well as check-in/out procedures + WIFI password. Check in & out times will need to be confirmed before arrival to allow ample time for housekeeping. ⭐️We are on a quiet residential street and the last unit in a small cluster of just 4 townhomes with a private driveway of our own (parking for up to 4 vehicles), grassy backyard and path to the park. ⭐️We are located 2 minutes off I-70, overlooking Meadow Creek Park and adjacent to the Base Camp-Whole Foods shopping district and steps to the Summit Stage Transfer Depot which means direct shuttle access to: 👉Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper and A-Basin just out your door and quick drives to Vail and Loveland👈 ⭐️The Frisco bike path runs right by the front of our home and provides a lovely walk or bike ride to all the Frisco Main Street entertainment as well as the Frisco Marina + Beach + Marina Bar/Restaurant, Mount Royal, Hiking Trails, Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage, Safeway, Walmart, Starbucks, Restaurants, Rental Shops & more. Run/bike/walk/snowshoe/XC out the door! Getting around is so easy from our home! Want to ditch the car or use an airport shuttle? No Problem! You can walk everywhere you need to go from our front door or use our 2 complementary bicycles. The Summit Stage is a free bus transit system that runs year round all over Summit County and the depot is just steps away. Ride to Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Downtown Frisco, Keystone & Copper Mountain! Bring your bike along in the Summer and Fall months and skis in the winter!
