Vail and Loveland are also easy with direct I-70 access. ⭐️What Makes Us Different: We are a private, true town house style home with a private driveway, front and backyard, with an attached garage. We are located in an amazing neighborhood surrounded by parks, trails, paths and trees. We are NOT a condo in a huge complex pretending to be a townhouse. We have only 1 shared wall and you’ll never notice. ⭐️Parking: Huge driveway with plenty of parking. Royal, Peak 1 and Buffalo Mountain. With 3 stories, the inverted open concept floor-plan lends itself to sitting on the 2nd level decks to take in the views with an elevated main floor. Our home overlooks the pond at Meadow Creek Park, featuring a lovely pond, bridges, dirt walking paths and endless fun for your furry friends and kiddos with picnic tables, playground, trails and a ice skating/fishing pond! ⭐️The first floor features an open entryway with plenty of closets, storage, coat hooks and a bench. Down the hall there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a tall walk-in shower plus backyard and park access through the bunk room. ⭐️The 2nd floor Living Room has huge open ceilings with tall windows, soaring sky lights and wonderful natural light. This room features a huge sectional couch, Smart TV with Netflix account, BOSE sound bar with Bluetooth, a breakfast bar, elevated east facing deck with outside dining + fairy lights plus a gas grill for bbq's! The laundry (full size washer and small dryer) is also on this floor off the kitchen. ⭐️Kitchen - Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED for all you foodies, featuring a gas range for cooking, Ninja Blender, upgraded J.A. Henckels brand chef's knives + pots and pans and plenty of wine glasses and plastic ware for on the go. Coffee lovers - you'll find a full coffee bar with insulated french press, bean grinder and a 14 cup programmable Cuisinart Coffee Maker. ⭐️The 3rd Floor sleeping loft/TV lounge/office space features a carpeted bedroom and large built in office-desk space plus two giant 5ft wide Ultimate Sack beanbag chairs and a Roku TV. This room is private yet airy with a half wall that opens to the living area below. Don't forget to stand in the skylight to take in the views of the surrounding mountains! 👉Other Things to Note: **Our home has 2 flights of stairs and is not suitable for those who have trouble walking or have a hard time with steps** **We recommend caution to young children under 10 years old due to high windows, balconies and stairs** ✨For Extra Guests: Ask us about our neighboring 1bedroom private suite also available on Airbnb! ✨For Kids and the Kid at Heart: We have board games, puzzles, books and more! ✨BIKES/SLEDS: We offer the use of 2 adult 🚲bikes🚲 located in the garage for getting around town (Please leave them in the same condition as you found them). We stock the garage with snow sleds for the winter. We just ask if you break one you replace it for the next guest! ✨EXTRAS: There are 2 coolers, fans, humidifiers & slippers all available for your use while you are visiting! Guest access On the day of your check-in, the owner will message you the access codes for the smart lock along with a link to a digital guide with specific directions as well as check-in/out procedures + WIFI password. Other things to note Parking is abundant and a professional plow service will take care of the driveway when necessary. We appreciate your attention to shoveling the steps during a snow and thank you ahead of time for your help keeping walkways and decks clear!
