Charming house & access to pools and beach resort!

Beautiful house in the Bahía Príncipe Riviera Maya 5* Golf Club, one of the most exclusive in the Riviera Maya. Two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious living room on the street level, a terrace with access from the living room and a magnificent gazebo with a Jacuzzi on the upper level. The house is located in a private community with 24-hour security and access to some of the facilities of the Bahía Príncipe hotels (swimming pools, private beach, gym). The space High-power Wi-Fi available (unusual in this area of Mexico). The bedrooms and living room have mosquito nets. Terrace on the upper level perfect for sunset dinners, overlooking the green of the 3rd hole of the golf course. A vehicle is needed to get around the area. There is a free shuttle service from the Clubhouse to the hotel facilities and private beach. Also, there is a pool that my house shares with a few other houses on Green 3. All services provided by Bahia Principe, including the Green 3 pool, are external to my property and therefore, much to my regret, I am not responsible for the quality of this service (cleaning of the area). Guest access As a guest, due to the special circumstances we are experiencing, the Hotels are closed and you only have access to: - The small pool shown in the photos. It is 50 meters from the Unit and there is usually no one there. - Access to the private beach will be in Akumal, 4 km away. The Complex offers a means of transportation to get to the private beach. Under normal conditions, once the Pandemic is over, you will be entitled to access the common facilities of the Bahía Príncipe Tulum and Sian Kaan Hotels in the complex, including the beach, gym and swimming pools. You will also have access to special rates for the "all-inclusive" pass (food and drink) and the Golf Course. My house is about a 10-minute walk from the Club House. All services provided by Bahia Principe, including the Green 3 pool, are external to my property and I am not responsible for the quality of this service. If you wish, you can enjoy the All-Inclusive Service (unlimited food and drinks) for: - 60 USD for the Tulum and Coba Hotels per adult per day. - 70 USD for the Tulum, Coba, Akumal and Sian Kaan Hotels per adult per day. - Children under 12, 50% discount. Other things to note Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm and check out by 12:00 pm. * Although of course the check-in time can be brought forward if there has been no reservation the night before. ** And of course you can check in later than 8pm, you just have to give us advance notice to offer you a solution.
