You'll love this 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom home with large eat-in kitchen, good sized patio, and well kept yard. All 3 bedrooms have just been updated with fresh paint and hard surface flooring. Home is equipped with new heat pump for your heating and cooling needs. Located just 10 minutes east of Charlottetown, and just minutes away from a selection of North Shore Beaches, National parks, Trail Systems, Golf courses, Restaurants and Deep Sea Fishing. Come, stay and enjoy everything PEI has to offer! The space Covid-19 update- We’re blocking 1 day before and after each stay to ensure we have lots of time to clean and sanitize safely between each stay. Stay safe and take care, Jason Kitchen is well equipped with Paderno pots, pans, silverware & coffee cups with plenty of quality glassware and dishes. Patio has a charcoal BBQ, patio table and chairs. Living room is large with 60 Samsung Smart TV, electric fireplace, leather couch, fabric couch with dual recliners, and a swivel rocker. Bedrooms are bright, clean and have new hard surface flooring. Beds have new blankets, linens and double cloth mattress covers, plastic covers can be arranged if required. Bathroom is large with full shower/bath and lots of counter space. We leave a selection of books and games for you to enjoy. Yard is private, has small play set for kids and lots of room for kids to play. Guest access You will have access to the entire main floor of the house, patio and yard. Basement and barn will be locked and off limits. Other things to note Take some charcoal for the BBQ and some beach toys! PEI Summers are awesome!
