This beautiful home is a single level 4 bedroom 2 bath house located near the historic Broadmoor Resort. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with great views of Cheyenne Mountain. It is close to Open Space areas with outstanding hiking/biking trails, rock climbing, and world class golf venues. There is a coffee shop/wine bar and great dining and shopping a short distance away. You will be close to all of the attractions of Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region. The space G&T Space One level house, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, many windows offering great views of Cheyenne Mountain. It can accommodate 8-9 guests comfortably. This is a great location for couples, partners, families, and business meetings. Getting Around Colorado Springs is easy with taxi and Uber services. There is a bus stop two blocks from the house that provides service all over Colorado Springs. There is an airport shuttle to and from the Colorado Springs and Denver airport. There are vans that regularly run to ski resorts and a bus that goes to Cripple Creek (mountain gambling town). We will be happy to provide you with more information about any of these services. For previous guests with pets we require a conversation about your furry companion(s) before booking the property and guests (of pets) must assume responsibility for any damage done by your furry friend(s). There is a hair dryer in each bathroom * New furnace and air-conditioner * Portable heaters in each bedroom * Fire alarms in each bedroom, and carbon monoxide monitors near bedrooms, furnace, and water heater. * Fire extinguisher in kitchen/furnace area * First aid kit in kitchen/furnace area Guest access Interactions with guests- We would prefer to meet our guests to do a walk through of the house; however, we have installed a new digital key entry with a backup lockbox. Also, we will provide a garage code for guests to check in at their convenience no matter when they arrive. Early arrivals and late departures usually can be accommodated with advance notice. Other things to note 1. We are a licensed Airbnb in the city of Colorado Springs: Short Term Vacation Rental Permit # A-STRP-24-0032. There is a placard in the hallway off the kitchen, hanging by the water heater, that explains the conditions to be licensed. We are required to provide all neighbors with information if they feel it necessary to contact us due to issues that may affect their quality of life. Conditions of the license include: - Quiet time from 10PM to 8AM - No events (weddings, large gatherings) - No parties (small gatherings are OK)
