Hello and welcome to My humble home. Its quiet and elegant, more than 2000 square feet, very modest, quiet living environment. You will have your privacy, just respect the house rules other guest(s). I'm 5 minutes from down- town (walking),5 minutes up-hill to the hospitals(20 mins walking), free street parking, close to coffee shops and the library. Close to Gyms, and grocery, gas. NOTE:travel nurses and others on a work study stay for longer stays. I have dates blocked but inquire 4 avail. The space Very nice view, quiet and cozy. Within walking or biking distance to downtown, hospitals, coffee shops. Gyms. Located in a very nice spot in the middle of town. The bedroom has a double bed. Shared ensuite bathroom, walk in shower. Per Covid, please wear your mask outside your room. NOTE: For the travel nurses and others on a work study stay for longer stays, please inquire. month to month available. Guest access Per Covid safety, please wear your mask when out of your room. Please sanitize and clean up after yourself when using the shared kitchen. Take out your trash, there is a bin in the front driveway. I am around cleaning and sanitizing the house daily mopping and wiping everything down with Clorax. If you need anything, let me know. The bathroom is shared with 1 other room if there is a guest, you can dine in the living room, cook in the kitchen. I do not stay in the house, you may use it as your own living space. Just be mindful there might be other guest living in the other rooms (3 BR) and to sanitize, wipe down and clean your area after use. Laundry washer and dryer free to use, I do provide laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets. thank you, any other questions let me know. . During your stay I recommend making yourself at home. Enjoy the house and shared living areas. Some guests are on different schedules whether it be night shift to day shift. Just introduce yourself when you run into each other and be kind, show respect and courtesy. Just basic ole living codes. Thank you
