Enjoying Quality of Life like this: Utuadeña 🌺 area is very quiet so that the Guest feels happy, just like at home. 🌼 Centrally located (13 minutes) from "Down Town" with a variety of cuisine and mountain adventures; a true tropical paradise. You ☘ will rest on "Las Nubes" contemplating a dreamy Panoramic View; which only "the wonders of the countryside" offer. The space 🔆 Our "Hacienda Los Custodio" is a "piece of paradise near Heaven." A private, safe, central, and cozy "Casa de Campo" (country house) with a dreamy Panoramic View (free of light pollution). Which was designed for: 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Groups of 7 people. 🙆‍♂️ Someone "alone" who wants to escape from stress and enjoy their space, living a relaxing meditation experience 🧘‍♀️. 💑 Couples,《 being the ideal spot for a wonderful experience in romantic get-togethers and dinners while sitting on the balcony, enjoying the stars》. 🌌 We found that using the A/C is unnecessary "thanks" to the magnificent coolness and altitude that the mountainous area gives us with its breeze. This circulates throughout the house 🏡 and cools throughout the day/night without the presence of mosquitoes. 🌜So, everything will be perfect during your stay. Resting like this, pleasantly with COLD ☃️ between "Clouds and Mists"; and what, literally (rise and enter divinely) to the bedrooms at (1:00 am). P.S. Each "Room" has its own fans ((although personally)) I sleep with "Doors and Windows open", because I love it and it's safe. 🏡 The residence has: ▪︎"Diesel Generator for Emergencies" that is activated automatically. ▪︎Three (3) comfortable rooms. ▪︎ Two (2) full bathrooms (one upstairs and one in the marquee) ▪︎ A cozy living room. ▪︎ Family dining room. ▪︎ Equipped kitchens. 《Modernly equipped with large windows and all amenities》. ▪Several balconies. ▪︎Hammocks. ▪︎Spacious canopy. ▪︎Huge patio for parking several cars. ▪︎Stove or BBQ in the patio. 📌 P.S. I inform you that the Residence has a "LOFT-style apartment" in the basement and a "Wooden House" downstairs on the property. 《BOTH are PRIVATE》 BE KIND AND ENJOY!!! The residence has a "Loft-style apartment" in the basement and a "Wooden house" downstairs on the property. 《BOTH are PRIVATE》☘ Other things to note 💫 I thanked our Guests for their cooperation at check-out (10:00 am) with: ■ Cleaning all the "dishes, pots, pans or cooking utensils" that they use. 🍽 ■ In case of emergencies, the Property provides cleaning products for your use♻️. ■ Closing "Doors and Windows" when leaving the residence. ■ Turning off all electrical appliances; especially the burners on the ELECTRIC STOVE.
