New rental for 2019, Dream Maker is a lovely cool property with a Bahamian feel and the most beautiful views over Moriah Harbour Cay, the bluest prettiest sea in the world. Walk in and you will be drawn to the view from the living area and out onto the veranda and your own private beach. As we are new for 2019 no reviews as yet, we honest and hope the house will speak for itself. The space There is a Bahamian feel to the cool spacious interior situated on the two floors of the property. To the west side of the ground floor, the master bedroom with French doors to the veranda has unforgettable views with en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space with smart TV. The second bedroom with queen sized bed also with en-suite bathroom is again located on the ground floor to the west side of the property. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with bar seating area for 3 people. There is a reading/quite area, dining table and chairs seating 6 people together with adjacent table seating a further 4. Comfortable sofa seating for 8 people is centred around the 55” smart TV. There is Starlink wifi. All living, eating areas on the lower floor have spectacular views of Moriah Harbour Cay National Park. There are French doors from both the dining and living areas onto the spacious veranda. The veranda certainly has a tropical feel being surrounded with palms and wonderful flora and fauna of the Bahamas which attracts a multitude of birds including the mesmerising hummingbird. The smart TV with very good sound enables you to play your favourite songs while lazing on the outside veranda deck area, watching the bone fishermen across on the flats, wave to boaters as they pass or simply chilling. A further half bathroom is located from the back inner hall. The second floor of the property has a further 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other has queen size bed and a single. There is plenty of closet space including draw units so luggage can be stored out of site. A further queen bed is located on the large landing with freestanding screen to give some privacy. The third bathroom is also located on the second floor. There is plenty of storage for 11 people. Other things to note Please be aware that you will be asked to sign a short term rental agreement when you book a vacation at Dream Maker, a copy of this will be sent to you prior to booking.
