We have fans but no A/C Guest access You can use the porch of the main house to sit and access the internet with greater intensity. Other things to note The cleaning service for the place is not included, so if you need cleaning utensils such as a broom and mop and a bucket, if you don't see them, ask me for them. Trash is everyone's responsibility. We have a person who picks it up every week, but if it's still not enough, you can take your trash and put it in the public cans on the avenue. where it will be collected by the municipality. It is important to know that there are several of us inside a fenced area which gives us security and when leaving or entering this area we ask you to always keep the gate closed, since in any case all of us who are here have keys and it gives us better security. We clean before your arrival and after your departure. If you want cleaning services during your stay, please let me know to schedule it. The cost may vary but is approximately $300 pesos. Or if you prefer, I usually have a broom, mop, and dustpan inside your space, in case you want to do your own cleaning.
