All the adjacent properties are 2 acres as well, but some people own animals such as goats, horses, donkeys, dogs, etc., and some noise might be out of our control. Other things to note My husband Alex and his then 17-year-old son Jake bought this working trolley car in June of 2020 and gutted it and then built it out together to the beautiful work of art that it is now. Unfortunately, the County of Los Angeles recently passed a new ordinance and we can no longer rent the Little Red Trolley out as a short-term rental (STR). However, if you are a traveling professional or need a mid-term rental, you will LOVE living here . . . so relaxing and peaceful and unique!
