Relax on the large deck complete with recliner chairs, BBQ, fire pit, and beautiful lighting. Close to restaurants and within an hour's drive to the beach and SoCal attractions. The space Please be aware that this trolley is located on our 2-acre property in a residential neighborhood. All the adjacent properties are 2 acres as well, but some people own animals such as goats, horses, donkeys, dogs, etc., and some noise might be out of our control. Other things to note My husband Alex and his then 17-year-old son Jake bought this working trolley car in June of 2020 and gutted it and then built it out together to the beautiful work of art that it is now. Every step of the way has been a labor of love and lots of father/son bonding. We began renting it out in June of 2021, and it has been wildly popular . . . just read all the reviews!! Unfortunately, the County of Los Angeles recently passed a new ordinance and we can no longer rent the Little Red Trolley out as a short-term rental (STR). However, if you are a traveling professional or need a mid-term rental, you will LOVE living here . . . so relaxing and peaceful and unique!
