Oceanfront 3 B/R Condo on the Beach Playa Royale

Playa Royale is an exclusive gated community catering to families and couples. Our condo is located on the third floor in Tower two with a large wrap-around deck with beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. The space 3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Patio furniture for outdoor living. There are 2900 square feet for entertaining large groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, there is also washer and dryer. Central A/C Guest access There are three pools and access to the Beach. *IMPORTANT* To obtain a Beach Club membership, you must book for a minimum of 2 weeks. If you choose to purchase the Paradise Village Beach club membership this will entitle you to use and reserved Beach Palapas, Golf, and The Eltigre fitness center that includes tennis, pickleball, billiards, pool, gym, children's play center, and many other amenities. Other things to note There are two master bedrooms each with a king bed and ensuite. The third bedroom has two double beds. The maximum occupancy for our unit is 8 including all children (no exceptions)
