The space This cozy guest cottage is original to the Parsonage built for the first Lutheran church in Nevada in 1895, on a 1.5 acre compound with the original Church, barn and brick outhouse. Views of a wild flower garden, the Pinenut mountains and the Sierra look over 350 acres. Half mile to town, it is a perfect getaway with solitude and privacy yet close to hiking, skiing , a community gym/pickle ball and shopping. Located with quick access to HW 395 , HW 88, and 25 min to Lake Tahoe, yet overlooks 350 acres with seasonal cows. WIFI, smart TV with MBPS 400 down load KITCHENETTE-mini fridge, range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fully stocked for simple cooking BATHROOM - new marble shower with great pressure! SLEEPING LOFT - one queen sized mattress on floor, goose down duvets and pillows- NO shoes/food/drink in the loft please. 4 steps up! Please keep vehicle in the gravel driveway and not on patio pavers. No smoking/vaping or pets of any kind. No unregistered guests on the property at any time.
