The space The villa’s open-concept first floor is designed for effortless island living, featuring a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living area, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and a full bath — all flowing seamlessly onto the expansive 30-foot private pool terrace. Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bath for comfort and privacy. The second level also includes a cozy den/study perfect for movie nights or relaxing with a book, along with a generous covered porch offering breathtaking Caribbean views and cooling trade winds. Just beyond the porch, a peaceful garden terrace awaits, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping with banana and papaya trees. Villa Destino comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three thoughtfully designed bedroom suites. Main Suite The spacious primary suite features a queen bed, private ensuite bath, and French doors that open directly onto the secluded garden terrace. To provide a more sustainable and reliable experience, the villa is equipped with a state-of-the-art solar energy system featuring a Tesla Powerwall II battery backup system. This eco-friendly system helps provide dependable power during your stay, although extended island-wide outages following major storms may still impact service. Guest access The entire 2200 square foot home is yours to enjoy during your stay and is completely private and secure. Other things to note Within 48 hours of reserving your stay (or sooner if check in is less than 48 hours from booking), you will need to sign our rental agreement, including names and ages of all guests. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of reservation. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to our comprehensive digital guidebook which contains everything you need to know about the house along with recommendations for restaurants, beaches and things to do in the area. It also contains a map which will help you navigate around the island and back to the house, which is critical since there are very few addresses or street signs on the island. Vieques is a small island 7 miles off the main island of Puerto Rico. You will need to either fly or take the ferry from Puerto Rico to the island of Vieques. We recommend you fly from either SJU or Ceiba to Vieques. We strongly suggest you purchase trip insurance, especially if your travel is during the most active months of Hurricane season (September - early October). Vieques is a tropical island, and as such, has a variety of bugs. We spray regularly, however, some bugs are inevitable during your stay.
