A unique space in the area, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It includes a kitchen, washing machine, full bathroom, and 24-hour security. Ideal if you’re traveling for work or looking to stay near Satélite. The space Apartment with lots of light. Master bedroom with double bed and large closet. Ironing donkey and iron. Study with a desk. Bathroom, hair dryer. Living room with sofa bed, television with internet. Dining room. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, blender, glasses, cups, plates and cutlery for 4 people. Patio with clothes washing machine. It is delivered with two sets of sheets, two sets of towels. In the bathroom: toilet paper, soap and cream In the kitchen: dish soap, sponge, coffee and coffee filters, stevia, towel napkins, kitchen cloth, cleaning cloth. In the yard: broom, mop, bucket, floor liquid, bleach, laundry soap. A few steps away, without having to cross the street, there is a Chedraui super market, Cinemex, Starbucks, a gym, a gas station. In front there is a Church, a taxi place, an Oxo A Wallmart is 5 minutes away and Plaza Satelite is 8 minutes away. SUPER WELL LOCATED!!! P.S. For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually stay. Guest access The apartment is entirely for the guests. Other things to note We have free parking! It is also adapted for guests with babies :) **Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes. *In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. *TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service. Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
