Extra consumption will be charged based on the meter reading at the end of your stay. 🧹 Monthly Rentals: A weekly cleaning is required to keep the apartment in top condition. The cost is $30 USD per cleaning. Guest access The guest have access to the beautiful gardens and common areas include jacuzzi, community area with sofas and TV, two swimming pools. It is possible to organize your transfert from the airport, and to find housekeeper and cooker for you (fees apply). The residence is very secured, with 24 hrs survaillance. A place for a car in the residence, label D1. Other things to note We would love to have you as our guest no matter your origin, ethnicity, sexual orientaton, etc. We are committed to providing a welcoming and pleasant environment to you, and to all our visitors. ELECTRICITY INCLUDED 10 kwt / day. During the stays rentals (less than a month) the cleaning it’s responsibility of the tenants, including sheets and towels, also the kitchen. If you want we can send a cleaning lady (the cost is $30.00 usd) ⚡ Electricity & Power • The apartment has an inverter and batteries, which work automatically in case of power outages. • Please turn off the A/C when not in use to help preserve the system. • Please do not use high-consumption appliances such as hair dryers while the inverter is running, as this may overload the system and drain the batteries. • Please note that the air conditioning, refrigerator, do not have power when the inverter is operating. Using high-consumption devices during this time may cause the system to shut down.
