Suzanne Queen Suite (Silver Lining Inn)

The Silver Lining Inn, dating back to the late 1800’s, features a coffered ceiling in the reception area, authentic door and window trims and not to mention the original door bell on the front entrance. The house’s foundation was built with rocks that were carried over the harbour on the ice from Cheticamp Island, the same rocks used to build the village’s church During the 2018 renovations, maintaining the house's historic charm was never a question for the new owners. The space The Silver Lining Inn is full of history, character and amazing staff who strive to make your stay with us comfortable. We are excited that the winter renovations went extremely well. The Silver Lining is now open for season 2. In the Inn we have beautiful suites that offer the most style, space and comfort not to mention beautiful views of our quaint fishing village on the Cabot Trail. *NEW for 2019 is 6 spacious suites; a king suite on the upper level offering the Silver Lining's most impressive view of the fishing harbour, Cheticamp island and the ocean that caresses our shores. 3 new Queen suites also on the upper level with their own private bath and wonderful views. Of course the gorgeous King suite on the main level remains however new for 2019 is it's own private deck overseeing the harbour, such a glorious retreat for Cape Breton sunset admirers.
