The space This is our backyard guest house with independent entrance. The house is a Georgian Revival historical home from 1925 Guest access NO Access to pool. No Access to backyard/patio NO Access to main house Host and host family live full time in separate main house and use pool/backyard/patio This is a separate guest back house connected to the main house garage which sits at far end of property next to alley. Parking and Private Entrance in Alley between Rawlins St & Hall St (see directions) Laundry washing machine & dryer is in garage next door and shared by host family Other things to note Although beautiful and next to you there is NO access or use of the property’s pool or back yard or patio areas.
