Country house designed for the rest of families/large groups. READ CAREFULLY *NOTE*: The base rate is for 10 people or less. If there are more guests, the extra cost for each one is $450 per night. The Airbnb counter automatically adjusts it. *NOTE2*: There is room for up to 28 people. If there are more than 16, I can send you the rate adjustment. The space Half a hectare of land for the use of guests, who are looking to spend a few days relaxing with wonderful weather and various amenities. It has 6 parking spaces (2 covered). 6 rooms with room for up to 28 guests. Amenities: -Palapa with barbecue (2 grills, 1 comal and 1 hole for barbecue or carnitas). - Folding tables in the palapa, chairs and icebox (plastic). - Green areas -Garden furniture -Children's playground (NO adults) -Fountains -Pool (1.65 meters) -Children's pool -Jacuzzi (with hydromassage) - A squash court - A high-speed soccer field - Half concrete basketball court. - Game room (cable TV, living room, ping-pong table, foosball, pool table, bar, periqueras.) *NOTE*: We do NOT have a soccer ball or basketball. Everything else is available. *LAYOUT*: Bedroom #1 and #2 share a full bathroom. (It's a hallway) Bedroom #3 has a full private bathroom. (Under the kiosk) Bedrooms #4, #5 and #6 share a full bathroom. (Casita Blanca) Guest access Parking in front of the Quinta (Arcos Blancos). Other things to note It is recommended to bring preparations for roasting meat/snacks in the kitchen or on the grill. There are shops in the surrounding streets to buy snacks and drinks. There is a pit for barbecue/carnitas.
